If you have forgotten your password you are able to use the security question and response that you chose when you registered to proceed.

1. Enter your information in the fields below.
2. Click the Search button.
3. Answer the security question.
4. Click Submit.

If you are unable to resolve the issue using your security question and response, please send an email to careers@gov.ky with the subject line of User Access/Password Query. We will respond to the email address you provided during registration, during the next available business hours.
